PROJECT

Original Brand and Identity

OBJECTIVE

Develop an original product concept that addresses a real-world problem and can be pitched as a natural extension of an existing parent brand, with a clear and differentiated connection between the two.

APPROACH

I created a sustainable toothbrush collection designed as an extension of Tom’s of Maine. The concept rethinks disposability by making the handle a long-term object, while the bristles are replaceable and compostable. Each handle is made from reclaimed ocean plastic, resulting in brushes that are both environmentally responsible and visually unique. By combining sustainability with a clean, modern aesthetic, the product encourages better oral hygiene through thoughtful design rather than guilt or obligation.
